Thursday 6th January – Thursday 17th February (7 weeks)
Thursday 3rd March – Thursday 7th April (6 weeks)
(Please note that 7-16 years pay £4.00 for 3 classes in march 17th,24th and 31st march)
Thursday 28th April – Thursday 26th May (3 weeks)
(No classes 5th and 19th May)
Thursday 9th June – Thursday 21sy July (7 weeks)
Free trial Class, your first class is free of charge, this is to see if you enjoy the class.
Option 1. Pay Termly
Paying termly will save you the price of 1 class per term. Fees are due within the first 2 weeks of term, cheques are made payable to Mrs .R. Ruddock. Please note that if you have an agreement with me to pay weekly then you must still pay for the class if you are away for a week or more. Any fees not paid, at least in part, by half term will incur a £5.00 penalty.
Option 2.Pay as you go
Pupils will be given the option of paying for each class every week, if this is the case and a pupil does not attend a class then they will still be expected to pay for classes missed.
Important payment notices
· Families are not expected to pay for class cancellations or class holidays. If there are any class cancellations then you will be refunded for that class.
· Pupils are still expected to pay for class absences as the hall rental needs to be considered and covered.
